Klaviyo RSVP Button and a Calendar Landing Page in 10 seconds

I just broke down our product journey into 10 Slides in attempt to condense and make the story easier. Appreciate your taking the time out to check out our software. Its all built on AWS.

This is the workflow for a Email Marketing campaign when embedding the Klaviyo RSVP Button into the Klaviyo template.

We have helped many Klaviyo customers with their campaigns.

Our product enables the sending of a calendar invite to track the RSVP’s to understand if the customer has accepted the event onto their calendar.

Commonly referred to as a “YES”, or a “Maybe”, or a “No”. Each of these actions help determine the intent for the event, promotion or webinar.

Even if “nothing” has happend. That means “nothing” is important. I will explain that later.

Getting started.

Seems easy right? Well since their is no login to the app or no app to download we sometimes get off to the wrong start. Sorry about that.

We are considered to be in a consumer class of Headless Applications.

We send messages to your email box. Since we send all communication to the organizer email , we leverage all you email security.

That said when you send a copy or invite us to your event, we ingest the calendar invitation and generate a calendar snack back to you for each event you invite us to. It's that easy. In 10 Seconds. No logins. No app to download.

We work on Mobile or Desktop Calendar Clients. Google and Outlook Calendar Clients.

We track all events by organizer and keep a summary of all the calendar receipt data for the individual events.

The grab n go button code is easy to access once you get your calendarsnack with one click.

Once the code is copied to the clipboard, you can insert into your Klaviyo Email Marketing template. This step just takes a few seconds.

This is the worflow when someone clicks the RSVP BUTTON. 3 Things happen. Immediately that person is sent to a auto generated Landing page with all the information of what is going to happen.

We notify them they will be receiving a Calendar Invitation for the event and to check their SPAM box to make sure they got it. We then send the calendar invite at the same time.

When they interact with the Calendar Invitation that was sent from the CalendarSnack service, we track the Calendar Receipts in the Reporting Engine. We Track Yes, No and Maybe. Also we track “nothing”.

If they do not do anything with the calendar invite as in “nothing”, the calendar invite will still show up on their calendar. We will track that event and gather all interactions with the customers up until the time of the event. This helps you understand their rsvp intentions without sending reminder emails.

That means, the customer does not have to worry about digging out the invitation out of their email.

Each event generated can use any of the supported Email Marketing providers. We have customers that experiment with using different email marketing vendors for the same event.

We do track that ability to understand the RSVP Interactions based on what Email Vendor is used.

All email marketing RSVP Buttons come with the ability to use the auto generated calendar landing pages.

The Single Event Calendar Landing page is generated and can be used in any email template including personal emails from anyone in your company to promote the same event. The Calendar Landing PageURL is generated in all CalendarSnacks. Our customers experiment with using the RSVP Buttons and the Calendar Landing Pages in the same campaigns.

The workflow is similar to the RSVP Button. Customer receives a notification that the Calendar Invite has been sent and to check your SPAM Box and at the same time the Calendar Invitation was sent for tracking.

Included in your subscription to the service is Full Reporting. The Reporting includes a Master Console of all events in a List or Card View. This allows for easy navigation of all your Calendersnacks.

Within the Reporting you can drill into the individual events to actually get the Codes for the Buttons and Calendar Landing Pages and then traverse to another event.

Multi Event Calendar Landing page. We stream all your upcoming Calendar Events into One Calendar Lander Page. At the top of that page when a customer puts their email address into the box the individual events get a “RSVP Now” and the when some Clicks the Button, they receive a calendar invite for that event. We of course track each of those events individually for RSVPs. This is a URL that can be used in a “Email Signature Address”, a Event Webpage, or within your email marketing campaign when using our RSVP BUTTON to help promote the the “Upcoming Events” at the bottom of the email template.

And of course finally the “Good Stuff”.

The Calendar Invitation Data collected from all of your events. We track by all events. Where the data came from. And detailed per event RSVP data for Yes, No, Maybe and No responses.
