Here is the route I use. Depending on the skill I am looking for I will go and hang out on the platform I know I can find people with that skill.

So, if I was looking for a photographer I would most likely head to Instagram.

I would start searching using hashtags or things that person would be talking about. If they were a photographer they would probably be using the hashtag #images or #photographs.

After searching and finding a few talented individuals narrow it down to 5 or 6. Then reach out to them.

Producing consistent leads is the lifeline for a business. We live in the very best age for this.

A marketing channel no longer performs or our best salesperson leaves. Every week you should be asking the what if questions.

What if our marketing channel stops working? What is our plan? It’s easier to test a new idea when you are flush with cash, rather than panic testing.

It is not difficult to grow your business 10x in 2019, but it will take demanding work. Focus on these 3 things and you will get the results you want.
